CANCELLATION POLICY: BOOKKEEPING AND ADD ON SERVICES 


1-You can cancel anytime, absolutely. We never lock you in to our service, and we make sure it’s easy to get your financials from Cloud-Bookkeeper should you ever decide to leave.


2-REFUND POLICY: BOOKKEEPER AND ADD ON SERVICE  In the event you cancel a yearly subscription, you will only be entitled to refunds for the remaining months. However, you will need to give us 30 Days advance notice for cancellation by sending email to support@znsassociates.com 3-Should you cancel a monthly subscription service which has already commenced to you, you will not be entitled to any prorated refund for unused days of such month. However, you will need to give us 30 Days advance notice for cancellation by sending email to support@znsassociates.com


4-We do not offer refunds for a Service that has already commenced. Once you pay a subscription fee, we proceed to confirm your payment and commence the provision of the Service to you.


5-We do not refund One-Time Platform set up fee for any of the services including Bookkeeping, payroll, time tracker and Bill Payments If You request any refund at any time, we will take reasonable steps to review the payment and service use for the purpose of establishing whether you’re eligible for a refund.


Managed IT Services


We have 15 days money back policy. For repair-based service, a full refund will be issued if ZNS Associates has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 15 days of the repair. If there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the repair Service will not be refundable. Notwithstanding this ZNS Associates may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of repair fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer. For incident-based service, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met: -You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved till the time account was active. -The issue is out of scope for the particular plan. -15 days have not passed after the issue was last worked upon by a ZNS Associates Expert. Refund and Cancellation Policy


Full refund will be made if you secede to cancel our services within 5 days of making the payment.


If you choose to terminate our services after the initial 5 days then you will be charged an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project. The balance will be credited to the account from which you made payment within 45 days of cancellation. Cancellation of any service renewal should be done 10 days prior to the start of next billing cycle.


If cancellations are made after the start of the billing cycle then an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project during that month will be billable, which the clients will be entitled to pay.

If you signed up for our services, but did not make use of them then you are still entitled to pay us.

Amount of refund will be credited in the account from which the payment was made within 45 days of service cancellation.
